Maru
Maru gives diners a unique experience based on the Japanese concept of omakase, meaning to leave things up to the chef. Chef Taiji Maruyama creates a daily changing exclusive multiple-course menu for each sitting, with many dishes based on fish and seafood. There are two sittings each evening in this intimate venue that takes diners on a personalised journey through the flavours of Japanese cuisine. Lunch is available on Saturdays only.
