Maset comes from the same restaurateur as Lurra and Donostia, but unlike those restaurants' Spanish focus, it revolves around French cuisine – though mainly the southern Occitania region, so there are some Spanish influences to be felt here as well. Dishes include the likes of bouillabaisse croquettes, Niçoise spinach linguine in a basil sauce, and more, all accompanied by wines from independent vineyards.
