The spiritual successor to Koyn Thai, Samyukta Nair's Mayfair restaurant is located on the ground floor of the lush Mimi Mei Fair restaurant. The venture offers the same type of fire-led Thai cuisine that made Koyn Thai such a hit, including the latter's signature dishes such as black pepper squid or lamb massaman curry, alongside new creations and Thai-infused cocktails.
