Born out of a culinary journey around the Mediterranean, Moro opened in the second half of the 1990s. Its pioneering Moorish small plates, combining North African and Spanish flavours, quickly won the stylish spot great acclaim. Different culinary traditions mingle in creative tapas and larger dishes, for example sea bream and gambas roja ceviche or charcoal-grilled lamb with aubergine, gum mastic & saffron pilaf and caçik. The drinks list includes different Mediterranean wines and Spanish sherries.
