Hand-pulled noodles are the highlight of Noodle Inn, which has been drawing crowds since it first opened in Soho in mid-2024. It's run by Alex Xu, the mastermind behind Kung-Fu Noodle in Chinatown, who has created the new venture to spread more dishes and flavours from China, and its success has led to a new branches, including this one in Covent Garden. Alongside hand-pulled noodles, tongguan roujamo sandwiches, a Shaanxi Province speciality, are also a highlight.
