Hand-pulled noodles are the highlight of Soho's Noodle Inn, which has been drawing crowds since it opened in mid-2024. It's the latest opening from Alex Xu, the mastermind behind Kung-Fu Noodle in Chinatown, who has created this new venture to spread more dishes and flavours from China. Alongside hand-pulled noodles, tongguan roujamo sandwiches, a Shaanxi Province speciality, are also a highlight.
