Newly launched in 2024, the Barnes restaurant draws inspiration from Lebanon's landscapes and warm hospitality, creating a stylish and intimate space for a meal. Featuring serene cobalt blue interiors that reflect the Mediterranean Sea, alongside earthy green tones paying tribute to Lebanon's ancient olive groves, the restaurant interior is elegant and atmospheric, with tabletop lights adding a touch of cosiness to the setting. Outdoor seating is available, and dogs are welcome throughout the venue.

The menu is a love letter to Lebanon's rich culinary heritage, crafted with passion by the expert chef. Blending tradition with refinement, the menu offers a journey through authentic flavours and time-honoured cooking techniques, from freshly prepared mezze to succulent meats off the grill.
