Uzbek chef Muzaffar Sadykov was a food market and festival fixture for quite some time before opening an all-day eatery in the West End, but still keeps in touch with his past haunts. The menu revolves around the traditional Uzbek dish plov or pilaf – a nourishing bowl of rice, vegetables, and meat, slow-cooked for hours and seasoned with the flavours and spices of the Silk Road.
