Paolina Thai Café is a laid-back BYOB spot just a few minutes from King's Cross, and it's a far better shout than squeezing into Coal Drops Yard at peak time. The menu covers the greatest hits like pad see ew and massaman curry, and portions are properly generous without pushing the bill up. The mixed starter platter is the move if you're with a couple of mates, although it easily stretches further than advertised.
