Pyro

Pyro is the first solo venture from chef Yiannis Mexis, combining seasonal British ingredients with bold Greek flavours and a focus on open-fire cooking. Inspired by the lively spirit of a modern Greek taverna, the menu features sharing plates like spanakopita with barrel-aged feta, flame-charred vegetables, and whole Cornish turbot grilled over bay leaves. Inventive cocktail creations are served late into the night in the spacious garden bar, too.
