The debut restaurant from British-Sri Lankan chef Cynthia Shanmugalingam, Rambutan is inspired by her exploration of her culinary heritage over an open fire. Spread across two floors and decorated with artwork by independent Sri Lankan designers, the restaurant serves a daily changing menu of street-style snacks and larger plates, along with authentic seasonal curries. The downstairs bar serves cocktails, craft beers and low-intervention wines.
