Formerly the head chef at the now-defunct celeb hotspot Mango Room in Camden, chef Roger Shakes strikes on his own at this simple, elegant eatery. Combining a fine dining setting with the Caribbean flavours he's been inundated with his entire life, Shakes prepares a menu of Jamaican classics such as curry goat and jerk chicken, accompanied by signature specials such as the vegan curry or his pork ribs.
