Roost combines London's new-found appreciation of rotisserie chicken with the capital's new-found appreciation of Leyton. Operating out of a railway arch in Forest Gate, the venture has been launched by a trio  of local lads and serves 24-hour brined rotisserie chicken, along with cocktails, wine, and craft brews.
