From their humble beginnings as a stall in Brick Lane Market, Rosa's Thai restaurants have become a common sight around the capital. Having mastered the challenge of using British produce to prepare authentic Thai food, the relaxed eateries offer various Thai classics – noodles, curries, homemade spring rolls, wok dishes and so on. Their Chelsea venue is the first to feature a bar, and also offers bottomless brunch on weekends.

I tried a few of them and found the one in Chelsea very friendly, offering a relaxed and knowledgeable service.
The food is great, as well as the drinks.
Pad Thai is always a must! On the contrary, I haven't enjoyed the mango sticky rice pudding so much.
