Review of Shake Shack Camden – by Bob L.

I visited this restaurant on 25/10/2023, with my two granddaughters. Placed my order using the screen (I.pad) waiting patiently for my order to appear on the monitor, I was approached by a member of staff, who asked me what I was doing. I was taken aback, so I asked him what did he mean. He repeated the question, then gesture towards the counter, tills. I then said, im waiting for my order. He asked for the name on the order, I said, Grandad. I then turned to my granddaughter, telling her to repeat the order number on the receipt. It was then his tone changed, telling me to take a seat he would bring the order to me. This member of staff did not approach the customer infront of me, white European. I explained to the member of staff, I am 59 years of age, out with my two teenage granddaughters. Disgusting behaviour 😤 from the staff racially profiling..
