Joining the Hong Kong-based Aqua Group's London luminaries such as Aqua Shard and Hutong, Shiro brought its picture-perfect take on the classic Japanese speciality to the Broadgate Circle development. Across two floors and an outdoor terrace, the refined contemporary restaurant serves its famous crystal sushi, where the typical sushi is blanketed with layers of flavoured jelly. The end product not only tastes unique, it looks pretty spiffy as well.
