Soleado, in Mercato Metropolitano Mayfair, brings the dishes of Asturias to London with a menu that celebrates simple, authentic ingredients. You'll find all sorts here, including monkfish, fried squid, patatas bravas, croquetas, and paletilla de cordero alongside artisanal cheeses, encurtidos, and cured meats sourced using traditional methods. Culinary director Marcos Morán, creator of the Michelin-starred fabada at Casa Gerardo, and head chef Williams Salvador craft each dish to honour the region's heritage, while a curated selection of Spanish wines rounds off the experience.
