Sonora Taquería was formerly a much-in-demand market stall where a large queue was to be expected, but it opened a permanent location in Stoke Newington in 2023. This spot - still very much in demand - has a cult reputation and is widely celebrated for its rich and spicy beef barbacoa and freshly made tortillas.
