Teal is the debut solo venture by one of Britain's fastest-rising younger chefs, Sally Abé, formerly of The Pem and The Harwood Arms. Conceived as a bistro celebrating the best of British cuisine, with bold flavours built on classic foundations and nostalgic touches. The food is complemented by a constantly refreshed wine list focused on champagned and French wines.
