A joint effort between award-winning brewery Signature Brew and acclaimed burger and wings experts We Serve Humans, The Collab is located just off of Walthamstow’s High Street. The industrial-styled space has 16 draught beers on offer at any time, both of the Signature Brew’s own make and guest kegs from around the world, as well as other drinks. We Serve Humans, meanwhile, provides a varied selection of beef, chicken and veggie burgers, buttermilk-fried wings, fries and other sides. On weekends they do bottomless brunch.

The work they do with fermentation, acidity, and sauces in the kitchen here is elite - everything has a bit of extra zing and is perfectly balanced - it really elevates classic comfort food like mac n cheese or burgers. Plenty of plant-based options here, too, and the staff are super friendly.
