Trivia: The Pem is named after Emily "Pem" Davidson, a notable English suffragette.

One of the fastest-rising chefs of the younger generation Sally Abé established this tastefully burgundy restaurant in Westminster on the UK's dining scene, pursuing depth of flavour and culinary excellence through a modern menu of seasonal, British-inspired cuisine. She's since transferred head chef duties to a series of talented female chefs, serving dishes such as Steamed Porthilly Oysters, Glazed Guinea Fowl Breast, and Bramley Apple Pie on the à la carte menu, with a set lunch menu as well. The curated wine list features elegant, balanced vintages from all over the world. For an intimate dining experience, you can book the private room and have the chef create a fully bespoke menu.
