The Vincent Rooms

The hospitality equivalent to catching future rock stars at your local boozer, The Vincent Rooms is staffed by the students of Westminster Kingsway College who aspire to join the ranks of famous alumni such as Jamie Oliver, Ainsley Harriott and Kang Leo. The weekly changing dining experience here is of Michelin-starred quality yet much more affordable, with the elegant Brasserie venue serving eclectic flavours, while The Escoffier Room celebrates chef and school co-founder Auguste Escoffier's principles, combining them with modern techniques and presentation.
