Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng, founders of TĀ TĀ Eatery, have launched TÓU, a pop-up located upstairs at The Globe Tavern, offering a 1970s Japanese Americana-inspired sando bar with jazz music. The menu includes iconic sandos, ice cream sundaes, and a selection of Pet Nat and natural wines. The TÓU brand has successfully hosted pop-ups across London featuring the renowned Ibérico Pork Katsu Sando, made with premium ingredients. Sides and desserts are also available, along with a curated selection of Pet Nats by the duo and Stefano Cazzato, known for their light, fizzy style and minimal intervention winemaking techniques.
