Inspired by Asian culture, Uba at the Hart Shoreditch Hotel is decked out in red and gold designer decor, with scarlet banquettes, lava-stone tables, and a statement marble bar where up to 14 guests can enjoy counter dining. The expansive restaurant otherwise accommodates up to 105 diners and includes a private dining room for 12, making it suitable for both intimate and larger gatherings.

The pan-Asian restaurant blends East London's dynamic spirit with the exotic allure of Asian flavours. The menu offers a journey through Asia with traditional classics and modern twists, including dishes like spicy salmon tartare, Angus beef gyoza, and miso caramel-glazed aubergine. A weekend brunch with free-flowing bubbles and live entertainment is also available, as well as an express lunch menu on weekdays.
