What this means in practice is that you order from a menu of traditional yakitori chicken skewers, which are then loaded onto the machine's grabbing arm. You can watch as the robotic instrument takes care of the grilling and dipping before serving the food. The compact shop features wood-clad walls, black bricks, and stainless-steel bars, evoking the setting of classic yakitori joints across Asia.
