We have categorised Up the Creek as:
- Beer bar
Up the Creek was built in the '90s by comedian Malcolm Hardee and has been one of the best places in the city to catch a comedy performance ever since. Tickets vary in price, with the Sunday special generally being cheaper, but impressive line-ups are the norm. Their “Black Out” nights add to the excitement with new acts who have to beat 5 minutes on the clock without getting voted off by the audience, and they also often have big-name surprise acts that often take to the stage at random times. The club has its own in-house brewery too, so fresh craft beers are a guarantee.
