Ad Maiora is the inspiring story of a couple who quit their jobs to focus on selling sandwiches from their flat, and Manchester is all the better for it. Their sandwiches use schiacciata, a special kind of Italian flatbread, and various authentic fillings such as Parma ham, pesto, or 'nduja.
