Kid's birthday partyat La botanica I am very disappointed about the service. At bowling, We called for the service because kids needed a bumper on the bowling alley, help didnt come on time. The bowling time was over but no one came to take the kids. We were half way through and then the hostess came. The party food was served but no drink half way through the meal, kids were thirsty. I asked 3 different people for drinks or even water since kids weren't able to eat the food dry, no help. I served water to kids from a water jug from another table. I complained to the floor manager, but nothing happened for another 15 mins. Then the drink came at the end of the meal. Ice cream cups were served without spoons and the hostess had vanished, kids had started eating with their hands. No one came and I went by myself to pick up spoons. This is not how I would like to serve the guests at my party. It was a very frustrating experience. We pay for the service and a hasslefree party. This was disappointing to say the least, I would never recommend your place to anyone else.
