The menu, inspired by the founder's childhood on a sheep farm and beachside summers, artfully blends fresh Mediterranean ingredients with Asian flavours, emphasising freshness, quality, and simplicity. Since its inception in 2012, the Daisy Green Collection has expanded from street food with vintage vans to a diverse array of cafés, restaurants, and unique venues, and notably contributed over 60,000 lamingtons to NHS frontline workers during the pandemic in a show of community spirit and support.
