Arc has updated the traditional cycle of hot sauna baths and ice-water plunges for contemporary times, applying a science-based approach to design its so-called communal contrast therapy. Boasting the UK's largest sauna – an impressive 65-seater – the Canary Wharf facility offers classes ranging from invigorating to relaxing. Additional wellness methods such as sound baths or breathwork are often woven into the experiences, but the hot/cold rotation remains at the core of it. There's an emphasis on community building as well, with regular socials, workshops, and other events.
