The London Winter Lights Festival 2025 is set to illuminate the city, offering a new way to tackle the January blues.
Focused on enhancing health and wellbeing during the darker months, the festival provides resources and experiences aimed at alleviating light and sleep deprivation, supporting resilience during winter. It particularly addresses the needs of those affected by Seasonal Affective Disorder and the winter blues, featuring inspiring talks, guided meditations, and interactive displays.
The opening evening, hosted at XYZ on Gray's Inn Road, includes a drinks reception alongside an exhibition of products and services from selected brand partners.
The schedule for the evening is as follows:
- 6:30 PM: Presentation of innovative wellness tools to enhance home environments.
- 7 PM: Expert panel discussion on winter wellness, moderated by Salka Lavinia Rayne, founder of Apeal World ACV. The panel features Laura Pradelska from Stil App, Lisa Holly Palmer of Mind Jump Magazine, transformational coach Isabella Panousis, and Chris Cruz & Rupert Earl from Thleep.
- 8 PM: Light-enhancing breathwork session led by Isabella Panousis.
- 8:15 PM: Thleep's immersive light and sound synaesthesia performance, designed to reduce anxiety and improve sleep cycles.
From 29 January to 2 February, the festival continues with daily installations and immersive experiences available from 12–5 PM.
While admission is free, access is limited to ticket holders. Tickets can be obtained through Eventbrite.
