Bubala, the beloved Middle Eastern restaurant created by Marc Summers, is thrilled to share that they are opening their third London location this April in the buzzy King's Cross area.
Bubala founder Marc Summers has announced the opening of a third London location in King's Cross this April. It follows the success of the Spitalfields and Soho branches, featuring a two-floor design with an outdoor terrace for alfresco dining, where people can enjoy Bubala's bold Middle Eastern dishes in a new yet familiar setting.
Executive Chef Ben Rand and Summers have crafted a menu filled with beloved favourites such as the oyster mushroom skewer and confit latkes. You'll also find exciting new dishes like charred cucumber tzatziki and fava bean with braised broad beans. Plus, the wood-fired oven will create delicious smoky classics like mujadara and spanakopita börek. And don't miss out on the new sharing dessert, 'Bubala's Big Pud'—set to be a new favourite, featuring silky chocolate mousse, brûléed bananas, and coconut caramel.

The space will include 65 covers on the ground floor, 25 upstairs, and 30 outside seats. Guests can enter through a six-metre-high arched entrance leading to a spacious communal dining area with an open kitchen and wood-fired oven. The backless bar will also face the restaurant, adding to the atmosphere.
Bubala King's Cross will also serve wine on tap, natural wines, UK beers, and Gazoz house sodas. Summers says, “We're excited to bring Bubala to King's Cross, blending the area's vibrant energy with our welcoming atmosphere and exciting vegetarian cuisine.”
Bubala King's Cross will open in April 2025.
