London's premier celebration of Korean soundscapes, the K-Music Festival, is returning for its 13th edition this autumn. Organised by the Korean Cultural Centre UK, the two-month event spans an impressive array of prestigious venues, including the Southbank Centre, Royal Albert Hall, and Rich Mix, with a programme bridging ancestral heritage with cutting-edge artistic innovation.

The 2026 programme is notably expansive, shining a spotlight on everything from traditional folk and shamanic ritual music to contemporary hip-hop, indie rock, and jazz. EartH will host the opening night showcase, featuring folk innovators ADG7, alternative pop artist Chang Kiha, and the experimental trap duo Lil Cherry & GOLDBUUDA.
Moving into October, audiences can experience an immersive, boundary-blurring performance of sonic theatre, a reimagining of iconic video game soundtracks using traditional Korean instruments, high-energy ritual rhythms by the award-winning psych-funk collective Chudahye Chagis, and an intimate cross-cultural collaboration between traditional gayageum instrument master Kyungso Park and Swedish bassist Björn Meyer.
In November, the progressive post-rock power trio Dongyang Gozupa return to the capital to debut fresh instrumental material driven by the hammered dulcimer. Finally, the festival concludes its run with a debut appearance at the newly opened Upstairs at Ronnie's, featuring a classical-meets-jazz performance by the acclaimed ensemble Baroque in Blue.
