This October, the renowned Korean Music Festival returns for its 11th edition, bringing a diverse mix of Korea's most important artists to London.

The festival opens on 3 October at the Barbican Centre with the National Changgeuk Company's new production of "Lear," a major restaging of Shakespeare's tragedy. Other festival highlights include performances by Korea's top female artists, such as jazz singer Youn Sun Nah, master of the traditional Korean Piri Seayool Kim, soprano Hera Hyesang Park's fresh take on traditional Korean songs, and the legendary Black String debuting music from their new album. Lee Il-woo of post-rock sensation Jambinai is returning as well, this time with a dynamic new ensemble called No-Noise.

The festival takes place from 3 October to 23 November at multiple venues across London. Find out more about the programme and book your tickets here.
