A new series of monthly cocktail masterclasses is launching in the Lounge Bar at Mayfair's Novikov, each one dedicated to a different spirit, with the first edition diving into the world of tequila.
Taking place on 26 February from 4pm to 5.30pm, the interactive session covers tequila tasting, the story of the margarita, and hands-on mixology, guided by professional bartenders. Guests will enjoy a welcome paloma with snacks, create classic and personalised margaritas paired with tacos, take home a Polaroid of their signature drink, and finish with a celebratory toast and a tequila masterclass certificate.
The masterclass can be booked for up to six people, while bigger or corporate bookings can be accommodated with private classes.
