On Sunday, 2 July, the Nourished Communities Food Festival will bring local producers and makers to the Big Penny Social in Walthamstow for a day of discovery and learning.

The Nourished Communities Food Festival will let you meet your local producers and makers, learn more about them, their work, and their produce, and participate in interesting food-related workshops such as fermenting or knife sharpening. There will also be talks on topics such as gut health, sustainability, ethical dairy, and more. Entertainment will be provided as well, with a DJ manning the decks in the back garden, and short stand-up comedy show to wrap things up.

The event, which will last from 11 AM to 6 PM, will take place at the Big Penny Social, a popular community hub near Blackhorse Lane Station.
