MimeLondon, the successor to the long-running London International Mime Festival, is back for its second edition in January.

MimeLondon is a series of theatrical performances highlighting edgy and unusual shows by accomplished mimes, puppeteers, and other creatives. Taking place at multiple venues from 14 January to 2 February 2025, the festival features a number of shows that are sure to take your breath away, including “La Manékine”, a chilling adaptation of a Brothers Grimm fairy tale, “Moby Dick”, an epic spectacle based on Herman Melville's great work, “Heka”, a mesmerising juggling show blurring the lines between reality and illusion, and “The Rite of Spring”, a gripping dance-theatre production.

In addition, a number of workshops in East London will be organised within the framework of the festival, tackling subjects such as micro-cinema theatre and circus movement. The festival will also feature “The Last Show”, a documentary film about the 47-year history of the London International Mime Festival, available to watch for free online from 15 January.

You can find out more about MimeLondon 2025 and book tickets for the shows on the official website here.
