The Future of Food Festival returns to Regent Street and St James's for 2026, exploring where culinary trends and practices are heading. This year's programme focuses on sustainability and culinary innovation, showcasing prominent chefs and food pioneers from the West End.
Festival attendees can participate in a variety of ticketed dinners and immersive dining experiences at prestigious venues such as Maison François and Bentley's Oyster Bar & Grill. High-profile collaborations include a four-course seafood dinner between Bentley's and Fallow, as well as a joint event featuring Michelin-starred chefs Alex Dilling and Merlin Labron-Johnson. Educational highlights include foraging sessions with horticulturist Poppy Okotcha at Fortnum & Mason and fermenting workshops with Flavour Fred. Throughout the month, various restaurants and retailers will also provide exclusive festival menus and special discounts for shoppers.

A notable new addition for 2026 is the St James's Food Fair on 16 May, which will transform St James's Market into an open-air hub for tastings and live demonstrations.
The Future of Food will take place across multiple venues around Regent Street from 12 to 24 May. You can find out more and book tickets here.
