Canary Wharf has welcomed a brand-new aquatic oasis with the arrival of Sea Lanes, a premier destination for year-round open-water swimming, thermal therapy, and waterside socialising – and with temperatures hitting record highs across the country, it couldn't have picked a better time.

Floating directly in Eden Dock, Sea Lanes features a spectacular 50-metre natural open-water pool alongside dedicated sauna, training, and recovery facilities. Fully accessible to swimmers of all abilities, the site offers an urban escape designed to elevate both physical wellness and mental recovery.

Beyond standard lane swimming, Sea Lanes is also set to become a hub for water sports and outdoor events such as paddleboarding, freediving, aquathlons, open-water races, and more. From sunrise to sunset, the venue also pair its fitness offerings with inspiring talks, member socials, and laidback waterside dining.

If you've had enough of the unbearable heat, head over here to check out membership options or book an individual pay-per-swim session.
