Dolce VyTA is a collaboration between VyTA Covent Garden and Matteo Manzotti, a young Italian chef who is passionate about pastry. Maritozzo, a traditional Italian sweet bun filled with classic vanilla Chantilly, is at the heart of the business, with options of pistachio or dark chocolate cream.
