In the basement below the acclaimed Maison François, Frank’s is a wine bar with a concise, well-crafted wine list of mainly European vintages. You can order French-inspired bar snacks and quick bites such as olives, anchovies, charcuterie and pickled vegetables, or the house special onglet. They also run an oyster happy hour five days a week.
