Right in the heart of Camden High Street you’ll find The Elephant’s Head, a traditional Victorian pub. It has a classic interior and is popular with tourists and locals alike – it often gets busy here. Music is on regularly, including open mic nights. There’s a varied choice of drinks and classic menu of favourites like baked potatoes, fish and chips, and fried breakfasts.

This pub has barely changed in almost 20 years and I like that about it. Gets busy, partly due to its prime location in Camden, but it’s always a reliable option.
