Part of renowned chef Alexis Gauthier's restaurant group, 123V Bakery is a spin-off of his now-defunct Mayfair eatery 123V. Like the rest of his ventures, 123V Bakery is fully plant-based, serving coffee, pastries, breads, and lunchtime sandwiches in a café setting at the BFI Stephen Street building. There's a bottomless salad bar that changes daily as well.
