A new venture from the creative mind that brought us the Yolkin ice cream macarons, Boolay Crepes quickly built up a similar viral buzz with its crème brûlée crêpe cones, and not just for the extensive use of diacritics. These desserts are just what you’d expect from the name – a thin crêpe folded into a cone, filled with a hazelnut or vanilla crème or fruit, and topped off with a caramelised sugar crust. You can find the stall in Cucumber Alley at Seven Dials Market.
