At Cakes & Bubbles, Adrià's exquisite creations are on full display, including his signature Cheese Cake, which reconceptualises the classic cheesecake using the creamy, brie-like Baron Bigod cheese with a skin of hazelnut and white chocolate, accompanied by homemade Breton shortbread.

Went for the Sweet Afternoon Bubbles experience here and it was exquisite. You can try more or less everything on the menu with some surprises as well, and the pastries are amazing. Loved the baklava and the chocolate cork especially, and the Baron Bigod cheesecake was something else - incredible how subtly the flavour changes. The place is quite busy but nice, and the staff are extremely well-mannered, professional, and friendly. Defijitely would recommend ig you’re after a special treat.
