The first international venture of globally acclaimed pastry chef Cédric Grolet, his patisserie at the 5-star Berkeley hotel features his exquisite trompe-l'œil creations, Fruits and Flowers – desserts that look like the ingredients they’re made from. They’re made fresh and available “first come, first served”, so best get there early.
