This cosy neighbourhood café in Muswell Hill comes with a surprising amount of pedigree, as it's run by Chris Kitch, a chef whose past career includes grand hotels and Gordon Ramsay establishments. There are no hints of that past life in the comfy place, apart from the food. There are a few daily mains to choose from, but the undisputed highlight are the colourful salads, which have even the most sceptical of critics raving. Hot drinks, baked goods, and other café staples are available as well.
