This year, London is again gearing up for a fantastic celebration of queer culture and identity throughout June. Pride Month is an annual event that brings together people of all backgrounds to celebrate and support the LGBTQIA+ community. It's a time for people to show their solidarity, to have fun, and to promote equality and acceptance. Pride Month in London
The official Pride 2026 parade
The annual Pride in London parade will take place on 4 July. The parade will take participants and spectators from Hyde Park Corner to Whitehall Place via Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square, with stages, stalls, food and drink vendors, and other facilities set up along the route and around Soho. Over 600 LGBTQ+ community groups are expected to march in the parade.

B!tch, Please!
One of London's most iconic nightclubs, the famed Ministry of Sound, has been hosting electronic music events for over 30 years. It features four rooms including The Box, which is known for exceptional sound quality and hosts the biggest DJs, and three smaller rooms for emerging artists and labels. On the day of the Pride in London parade, they'll be hosting B!tch, Please, a massive LGBTQ-friendly party featuring three rooms of queer joy.

Room to bloom
Leaning into its history of bold allyship, The Perception at W London is launching its Pride programming this July to reinforce the Soho hotel's status as an inclusive sanctuary for the LGBTQIA+ community. The line-up begins with a film screening of the BFI-funded trans documentary “Life of Kai”, followed by a live panel discussion on trans storytelling with the founders of My Genderation. The celebrations continue into the weekend with a high-octane disco-house takeover by Discolicious and a live music showcase in partnership with the queer industry platform Sounds Queer.

Entertainment all night long
The historic Clapham Grand will be throwing a big Pride after-party on 4 July, complete with confetti, disco balls, and pop anthems celebrating iconic artists like Chappell Roan, Lady Gaga, and Britney Spears. Do good for yourself and others

Breaking down barriers from the ground up
A grassroots community project in Newham, Forest Gayte Pride aims to give a voice to local LGBTQIA+ residents, as well as celebrating and sharing queer culture. To that end, the project is organising a series of events at local venues. Throughout the weekend before Pride in London, you'll be able to attend talks, performances, workshops, and other events.

Throughout June, the first floor of the Mildreds vegan restaurant branch in Soho has been converted into a dedicated art exhibition and library space highlighting queer-identifying artists and authors. Visitors can explore visual works by Sadie Lee and Fanie Buys alongside a curated selection of literature from independent publishers like Cipher Press and writers such as Josh Silver, Daniel Harding, and Daniel O'Shaughnessy.
