The Mildreds collab
Mildreds is a go-to restaurant group for vegans in London, originating in Soho but now with multiple locations. For Veganuary this year, they've teamed up with their Covent Garden neighbours Crust Bros for a pizza collab inspired by their signature burrito. The pizza, available at all Crust Bros locations until 9 February, uses Mildreds' smoky chipotle and vegan chorizo as a base, and layers on vegan mozzarella and an avocado crema.

Rooted in tradition
Vegan cuisine is integral to everyday life in Sri Lanka, being firmly rooted in centuries-old religious tradition. At Kolamba, a pair of acclaimed Sri Lankan restaurants in London, they take advantage of Veganuary to highlight authentic vegan dishes that are a staple of Sri Lankan cooking, including plant-based curries, spicy sambol condiments, and thin vegan pancakes, to name a few. Throughout the month, you can visit Kolamba to try their tasty vegan specials.
