Germany is the obvious answer, but barring a trip to the continent, you'll have to do with the impeccable atmosphere of a fan zone or a pub in peak footie season. Walk into any London establishment between 14 June and 14 July and you're almost guaranteed to see the Three Lions and other national squads throwing it down on the big screen at one of the biggest sports events of the year. The popular 1980s-style nightclub Infernos in Clapham will be hosting The G.O.A.T. Euros 24 Pop-Up for England's games. In the football-themed interior, you'll be able to watch the matches on a massive HD screen with cinematic sound, accompanied by a live brass band that's sure to get singalongs going non-stop. You can even tack on some overtime to your night in the club.

Private game rooms

If you want to watch the Euro 2024 matches with your mates but away from crowds, consider booking the Games Room at the Inamo interactive restaurants. The private spaces come with massive double-wall projections that can show live TV broadcasts, as well as different game consoles, including Wii and Atari Gold. With a private bar and buffet or seated dining available, up to 30 people can have a great time, even if not all of them are into footie.

One of London's more prominent craft breweries, Signature Brew is known for its beer collaborations with the likes of Idles and Alt-J, but dips its toes into sport as well. They'll be showing all of England's Euro 2024 matches at both London locations in Haggerston and Blackhorse Road. Order a fresh pint, sit yourself down in front of the big screen, and get cheering.

If you like to watch your football in an atmospheric building, head to The Last Judgment. This pub in Holborn is showing all of the matches on several screens inside a Grade II-listed building – one of the coolest places to watch the football in London. Martello Hall

Trendy Hackney venue

Trendy and multi-faceted Hackney venue Martello Hall will be screening every match of the tournament, with the sound on full for England matches so you won't miss a thing. You're welcome to book a table in advance for most matches, but walk-in space is also available at the bar. A variety of food and drinks are on offer too.

They screen all televised matches on TNT, Sky, Amazon, and terrestrial channels, including the Euros matches, women's internationals, WSL, and men's games.

Pretty Decent is showing all games throughout the tournament, paired with a drinks menu of beer, wines, and cocktails, plus a pickleback menu for celebratory shots. There's a terrace for half-time pints in the sun, as well as a food menu of delicious dishes like burgers, loaded fries, and more.

This summer will see the five-star South Place Hotel in The City host multiple screens in its Secret Garden complete with retractable roof for sunny days, as well as its 3Bar with an outside terrace. The bar has been taken over by House of Peroni for the season including a Peroni-inspired menu, cocktails, and bar bites, adding a sophisticated touch to the football proceedings.

The Duke of Greenwich

A top Greenwich pub

The Duke of Greenwich is a welcoming pub featuring a spacious garden and a straightforward interior. It offers unique local beers and a refined wine list, alongside indulgent pub fare with meat sourced from a regenerative farm in Dorset.
